Terms of Service (Camberline Clothing)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://www.camberline.co.uk/ (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Camberline Clothing ("we", "us", "our"), a UK sole trader business. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About us

We sell products online via the Site. If you need to contact us, use the details in Section 15.

2) Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access systems without permission, introducing malware, or using the Site in a way that disrupts service.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw the Site (or any part of it) at any time.

3) Product information & images

We take reasonable care to display products accurately. However, images are for illustration and colours may vary depending on screens, device settings, and lighting. Product specifications and descriptions may change.

4) Made-to-order products

Many of our items are produced on a print-on-demand / made-to-order basis, meaning they're created specifically for your order.

5) Prices, errors & availability

We aim to ensure all pricing and product information is correct, but mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications, and descriptions at any time without notice.

If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered:

  • we will contact you as soon as possible, and
  • we are not obliged to accept or fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we'll notify you by email and you can re-order at the correct price if you wish. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method.

6) Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we send an order confirmation/dispatch confirmation (or otherwise confirm acceptance).

Payments are processed through our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

We may refuse or cancel orders in reasonable circumstances, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock/production issues. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund you.

7) Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates and can vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Section 13).

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional re-delivery costs may apply.

8) Returns, refunds & your rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9) Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 14 working days of delivery (or sooner where possible) with your order number and clear photos. Where appropriate, we will replace, repair (if applicable), or refund the affected item(s), in line with UK consumer law.

10) Consumer use only

Products sold on the Site are supplied for personal, domestic use. We do not accept liability for losses arising from business or commercial use.

11) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, designs, and product images) is owned by or licensed to Camberline Clothing. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our written permission.

12) Site availability, security & viruses

We take reasonable measures to keep the Site secure and functioning. However:

  • we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free from viruses/bugs; and
  • no online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security against breaches beyond our control.

You are responsible for using appropriate security software and protecting your own devices.

13) Events outside our control (Force majeure)

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, flood, fire, war, strikes, transport disruption, civil unrest, governmental actions, or similar events.

14) Liability limits

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
  • any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses,
  • loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill,
  • loss of data, or
  • third-party claims arising from your use of the Site or products.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer laws apply where you live.
