The Camberline Clothing brand is operated by Robert Duma, trading as Signmasta ("we", "us", "our"). As many of our items are made to order (print-on-demand), please read the information below before placing an order.

Free Delivery We offer free UK domestic delivery on orders over £50, and free international delivery on orders over £100.

Understanding Delivery Times Please note that the total time it takes to receive your order is calculated as follows: Production Time + Delivery Time = Total Estimated Time

Processing and Production Time Most orders are produced and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, production may take a little longer.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, the tracking details will be included in that email.

UK Delivery Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard: 2–4 business days
  • Tracked: 1–3 business days

International Delivery Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by destination, typically taking 5–12 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to cover the cost of re-shipping.

Delays Outside Our Control Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, customs processing times, severe weather, or transport disruption.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

For damaged deliveries, please include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label (where possible)
