Returns & Refunds Policy

At Camberline Clothing, we aim to keep every customer happy. As our products are made to order (print-on-demand), please read the policy below before ordering.

Made-to-order / change of mind

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, or incorrect size selection. Please check sizing information carefully before purchasing.

If you need a different size, you can place a new order for the correct size. In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange at the customer's cost (including return postage and re-shipping). Please contact us and we'll confirm what's possible.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos showing the issue

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, in line with UK consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear (depending on your payment provider). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
