Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Many Camberline products are printed to order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet gone into production, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been printed, dispatched or prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

For order questions, please include your order number.

I haven’t received an order confirmation — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, contact us with your name and the email address used at checkout and we’ll look into it.

Can I place a bulk or custom order?

Yes. Camberline products are printed in-house by Signmasta, our Stoke-on-Trent based print, signage and graphics business.

We can also discuss custom garment printing, club clothing, event apparel and trade printing requirements. Please contact us with the details of what you need.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most Camberline orders are produced and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.

After dispatch, standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

This means most UK orders arrive within approximately 4–9 business days from the date of order.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £4.99.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Do you offer tracked delivery?

Tracked delivery may be available at checkout. Where available, tracked UK delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your selected delivery method, the tracking details will be included in your dispatch email.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

International delivery may be available at checkout depending on the delivery destination.

Estimated international delivery times after dispatch are usually 5–12 business days, depending on the destination country and courier service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. These charges are not controlled by Camberline Clothing or Signmasta and are the responsibility of the customer.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will always do our best to help resolve missing, delayed or damaged parcels as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?

For standard Camberline catalogue items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Exchanges may be available for standard catalogue items, subject to stock and availability.

What if my item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Where a return is required for a faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Are personalised or custom-made items returnable?

Personalised, custom-made or customer-supplied artwork orders cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect.

This includes items made with names, numbers, custom text, customer logos, custom artwork or designs made specifically to your instructions.

Products

What are your T-shirts and hoodies made from?

Our T-shirts are mainly cotton, with some colours using a polycotton blend.

Our hoodies are a polycotton blend at 280gsm.

How should I care for my Camberline garment?

Wash inside out at 30°C.

Do not bleach.

Do not iron directly onto the print.

Tumble dry on low only if needed.

Following these care instructions helps keep the garment and print looking their best for longer.

Are your prints durable?

Yes. Camberline products are printed in-house by Signmasta using professional garment printing equipment and materials.

When washed and cared for correctly, the artwork is designed to stay bold and durable.

I can’t find the design I’m looking for — do you take requests?

We’re always working on new designs. If you have a suggestion or a specific vehicle, aircraft, machine or theme you would like to see on a T-shirt or hoodie, please contact us.
